Cancellations
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. Out of respect for our stylists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

48–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
A card on file is required to reserve appointments. By booking with Pearl Street Studio, you agree to these cancellation terms.
Refunds
At Pearl Street Studio, each service is customized for you and requires significant time, expertise, and materials. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on services.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you believe there was a technical error with your service, we are happy to make the necessary adjustments at no additional cost. Examples of technical errors include:
- Bleed marks
- Toner spots
- Uneven haircut
To qualify for an adjustment:
- You must notify the salon within 72 hours of your appointment.
- Any adjustment appointment must be scheduled within 7 days of your initial notification.
- Adjustments must be performed by the original stylist unless otherwise approved by management.
Please note that a change of mind regarding color, style, or length does not qualify as a technical error.
